We are very pleased to let you know that the community share offer for The Bell at Iden will officially launch on Thursday 22 January 2026.
From today, full details of the share offer are available to preview on our website. You can see the share offer information before it goes live. While the option to apply for shares can be viewed, it will only become active on the launch date.
To mark the launch, we will be holding a public meeting at 6.30pm on Thursday 22 January at Iden Village Hall. This will be an opportunity to hear a summary of the proposal and ask questions. Everyone is welcome.
In the coming days, leaflets outlining the share offer and advertising the public meeting will be delivered throughout the village.
We encourage you to take a look at the share offer information on the website ahead of the launch and look forward to seeing you at the village hall.
