A reminder that the planning applications relating to The Bell remain open for public comment.

In early June, we shared some disappointing news about the postponement of the government’s Community Ownership Fund (COF) due to the general election. This fund is crucial to our efforts, as we plan to apply for £300,000 in grants to help buy The Bell at Iden for the community.
Despite the delay, we remain optimistic. With pledges of over £260,000 for our community share offer and more than £15,000 raised from our crowdfunding campaign, we’ve already made great progress toward our fundraising goals.
We’re keeping a close eye on the government’s announcements and will notify you as soon as we hear any updates about the COF reopening and the application process. In the meantime, our team is working hard to ensure that our application is as strong as possible, so we’re ready to move forward when the opportunity arises.
